We want to get your Earslang earbuds to you as fast and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.


Shipping Time

Australia 10-21 days.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or unforeseen events.



International Shipping

  • We ship globally! Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details.


Order Delays or Lost Packages

  • If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days (or 45 days in the U.S.), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • For items marked as delivered but not received, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required to process a claim.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Earslang is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your info before checkout.
