Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping Time
Australia 10-21 days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or unforeseen events.
International Shipping

We ship globally! Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Delays or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days (or 45 days in the U.S.), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

For items marked as delivered but not received, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required to process a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
