1. Ordering & Fulfillment

Orders placed through our website are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Exceptions may apply for preorders or limited-run items.
2. Shipping

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days (domestic) and 7–21 days (international), depending on location.

Delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services are outside our control, but we will support you in resolving any issues.

Refunds are available for:

Orders delayed beyond 60 days globally (or 45 days in the U.S.).

Products that arrive damaged (photo/video proof required).

Missing or incorrect items (with evidence).

Refunds are not issued if tracking confirms delivery, unless a non-delivery certificate from your post office is provided.
4. Subscription Services

If applicable, subscription fees are refundable only if:

Requested within 5 days of charge.

No order credits have been used.

Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.
5. User Responsibilities

Earslang is not liable for indirect damages, including lost opportunities, missed translations, or third-party service delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
